Congratulations, Class of 2025!
This spring, we marked the commencement of the UC Berkeley Class of 2025. The campuswide commencement ceremony was held the morning of Saturday, May 17, 2025 at California Memorial Stadium, where Chancellor Rich Lyons gave the first commencment address of his tenure and KIND snack company founder and new Shark Tank judge Daniel Lubetzky gave the keynote speech. Berkeley News reported, "The annual celebration, attended this year by more than 7,000 new graduates and 23,000 family members, was a joyous send-off for a graduating class that — in large part — first arrived on campus as the COVID-19 emergency lifted and in-person, masked education resumed." Join us in celebrating the achievements of our new alumni across the College of Letters & Science by revisiting some graduation moments from our departments and programs below.
