Program Core: Develop infrastructure and toolkits; provide overall project direction, management and administration.

Training Working Group: Building workshop series to support faculty in being inclusive and effective mentors to junior faculty 

Executive Committee: Support program’s success; review annual evaluations and provide feedback 

Department Champions: Faculty liaisons for the program with their home departments; recruit faculty mentors; share communications, provide advice and support  as the program is developed
