The Society of Women in the Physical Sciences (SWPS) is a student group run by female graduate students in Physics, Astronomy, Earth and Planetary Sciences and Biophysics at the University of California, Berkeley. 
The Compass Project is a student run group that seeks to nurture a community-focused environment that will empower students to succeed in pursuing their scientific interests and contribute uniquely to the physical sciences community.
The Black Engineering and Science Student Association, also known as BESSA, is the University of California, Berkeley chapter for our parent organization the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).  
Latinx Association of Graduate Students in Engineering and Science (LAGSES) is an inclusive multicultural organization that strives to increase diversity on campus by recruiting, retaining, and graduating underrepresented advanced degree students in STEM.

The American Indian Graduate Program (AIGP) seeks, through outreach, individual recruitment, and student services to remove perceived barriers which prevent the full participation of American Indian and Alaska Native students participating in graduate level research at UC Berkeley.

IGenSpectrum is a student group at UC Berkeley dedicated to improving the visibility and professional preparation of LGBT physicists.
