Mark Robinson is a partner at Centerview Partners, an independent investment banking firm with offices in New York, London, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Los Angeles. He advises a range of global companies across the healthcare industry, primarily those focused on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices. Over his 24-year career, Mr. Robinson has advised many of the most prominent companies in the healthcare industry, including Pharmacyclics, Onyx, and Intermune. Prior to Centerview, Robinson spent 12 years at Merrill Lynch in San Francisco where his roles included serving as global co-head of healthcare investment banking. At the time of his departure from Merrill Lynch, Robinson had been involved in raising more capital for biotechnology companies than anyone in the history of the industry. He is a trustee of the UC Berkeley Foundation, where he currently serves as co-chair of the external affairs committee. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on the board of trustees The Thacher School. Mr. Robinson is a Builder of Berkeley.
