L&S grad programs ranked No. 3 in the nation by US News

U.S. News & World Report's newly published graduate program rankings continue to place graduate programs from the College of Letters & Science among the best in the nation: programs in earth sciences, mathematics, and physics ranked third. 

Berkeley News reports, "In all, some 60 Berkeley graduate programs ranked in the top 10 on this year's U.S. News list, which analyzed business, education, engineering, public health, public affairs, and some science programs." Berkeley has a number of other top-ranked graduate programs from L&S, including English, history, psychology, and sociology, which have been evaluated by U.S. News in previous years. 

U.S. News & World Report's undergraduate program rankings will be published in September 2023.
