As American democracy confronts threats on multiple fronts, how are women leaders charting the path forward? As the first woman Speaker of the House and House Democrats' leader for two decades, Speaker Pelosi brings an unparalleled perspective to contemporary American politics and policy.

Senator Boxer served with Speaker Pelosi in the House before making history in 1992 when she and Senator Feinstein became the first two women to be elected to the Senate representing a single state.
