Previously, Ms. Wachter co-founded RWSG, a premier book-to-film agency that specialized in the representation of dramatic rights. The agency was sold to William Morris Endeavor (WME) in 2016. Judy Webb is the president of Lothrop Ventures Incorporated, a real estate development company she started in the late 1980s. Through Lothrop, she built residential spec homes in the Bay Area and self-storage facilities in Solano County and managed office properties. Ms. Wong began her career in San Diego as the executive director of the Chinese Service Center. Under her leadership, the center provided social services ranging from job referral to free financial literacy courses to low-income Chinese people. She helped implement the first IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program for the mono-lingual Chinese community and ensured that hundreds of Chinese restaurant workers earned food sanitation training from the San Diego Health Department.
