Bio/CV: 

Ms. Young is a partner in the US-China law firm of Wang & Wang. She received her B.A. and JD from UC Berkeley. She serves as Vice Chair of the UC Berkeley Foundation Board of Trustees. She serves on the Rausser College and University Library Advisory Boards and is Chair Emerita of the Hearst Museum  Advisory Board. She is a director of the Wang Family Foundation, Secretary General of the International Association of Law Schools, Chair of the International Advisory Board of the Kozminsky University Law School, in Warsaw, Poland, and a Board member of the Museum Trustees Association. She has taught International IP law, Chinese Legal History, and the comparative Foundations of law in China and the West, at Soochow University, Cornell University, McGeorge School of Law, and UC Berkeley. Ms. Young chairs the Foundation’s ESG Subcommittee. She and her husband, Frank, are Builders of Berkeley.
