Enrollment instructions for students who are notofficially declared Mass Comm majors:

Mass Comm 101 and 104 only admit officially declared Mass Comm majors through the end of Phase II of Tele-Bears (January 13). Intended Mass Comm majors should never attempt to enroll in in these classes until they have completed Mass Comm 10 or an equivalent course.
*Non-majors attempting to enroll in Mass Comm 101 and/or 104 should place themselves on the waiting list and also send Marty Gaetjens
an e-mail (sfyankee@berkeley.edu) with the subject heading of the MC course(s) in question. Please include student ID number, identify
any MC prerequisites taken elsewhere and list suitable alternative discussion sections for 101. These e-mails will not receive responses. Students should consult Info-Bears from January 18 through the first week of classes concerning their status in these courses.

** Mass Comm 160, 170, 180 & 190 are only open to officially declared Mass Communications majors.

Academic credit for internships is only approved for officially declared Mass Comm majors with junior or senior standing. Please contact Jean Retzinger for details.
