Q: What is the Domestic Exchange Program?
A: The University of California, Berkeley participates in a "domestic exchange" program with Fisk University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College. The program enables students to apply to "exchange" a semester at one of these outstanding universities. Likewise, students at those institutions may apply to spend a semester at UC Berkeley.
