Reminder: CalMail Change on Monday

This is your reminder that CalMail will start transitioning to CalNet
authentication with the cutover of the webmail clients to CAS
beginning at 6AM on Monday, August 3rd.

While we can hope that everyone remembers their CalNet ID and
passphrase, the IST Service Desk is ramping up in order to assist
lost users. The Service Desk will have extra CalNet deputies on our
phone lines starting at 8AM on Monday, 642-8500 (CalMail: Option 2,
then 1) (CalNet: Option 3, then 1).

If you support the users for your department, and you are not your
departmental CalNet Deputy, you might want to look them up
(https://calnet.berkeley.edu/services/deputies.html) to also get
ready.

For any students, you can also refer them to the Cal 1 Card Office,
located in Lower Sproul.
