Hi Julia,

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience talking to the TAM. As the 'not so
new' manager of the group, I hope to be able to address these kinds of
issues when they occur instead in front of such a big audience! However, I
could not help but jump in here and offer a suggestion. The Web Application
group in Application Services offers Drupal support and development and
would likely be happy to talk to you about options they could provide. I
have cc'd them on this message.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you have a concern or an issue
with your service from IST or the TAM. I am happy to do what I can to make
your experience better.

I'm about to go live with our new website and am trying to line up a
developer who can make programming updates as needed. I contacted TAM at
IS&T for a quote but was summarily turned down. Since TAM has left me with
no CAL support, I'm hoping someone has a few names of outside developers who
might have the experience/skills I need to keep my website humming. The new
website lives on the Cal Web Pro server and is programmed with
Drupal/PHP/MySQL. Any leads would be most welcome.
