Along these lines, has anyone used a collaborative tool for
allowing a group of web designers and customers to annotate existing
or new, proposed webpages, as part of a site critique or redesign
process?
An example of such a tool is Diigo <http://www.diigo.com/>: click
the "Example" link next to "provide feedback on web design" on the
Diigo homepage to see a demonstration of how it could be used for
that purpose.
