we've redesigned our site

Some time ago I announced we would be re-designing our site and was looking for resources. We completed the redesign, and I'm happy to show you the results. The new site can be found at http://cssr.berkeley.edu/ and, for comparison, the home page of the old site can be seen at http://cssr.berkeley.edu/cssr_old/ . Our consultant is Cyndy Johnsen cyndy@pixelesquedesigns.com who created the design template, helped me gather requirements from department users, advised me about content restructuring, and provided us with procedures for maintaining the site (we're now using Contribute for the non-technical editors, and we also have an in-house webmaster). The webmaster and I review and "Publish" to the live site after drafts of the pages are prepared by the content editors. --Ed
