Website Designer Needed

My department has asked me to post the following:

The Department of Philosophy is looking to hire someone to maintain our
departmental website, beginning as
soon as possible. We are looking for someone with design experience
who's comfortable working with Dreamweaver and who is
ideally a campus affiliate. This position would take about 20 hours a
month on average. Also willing to hire someone just interested in doing
the updates that we urgently need for upcoming semester.
 Salary is negotiable based on experience.
