Update to September 21 Meeting

Hello all,

The September 21 meeting was on Portals, and Tessa Michaels from BAS
presented on the blu portal. At that meeting, she mentioned several new
features were going to be added in the future, and that she appreciated
Webnet's assistance with identifying browser problems with blu.

Some of the additions Tessa mentioned have been added to the site, and a
summary of the changes may be found here:

Tessa would like to hear from anyone who's having browser issues with blu,
