Eudora question

Good morning,

One of our professors just upgraded to an XP laptop and the latest Word and
Eudora versions. Now she cannot copy and paste formatted text from Word to
Eudora like she used to. I am able to do it in my XP machine (with the
previous but similar version of Eudora) and on a coworker's XP machine with
the latest Eudora. I've hunted and tried out every conceivable button and
option, but I can't replicate her problem.

Any Eudora experts out there who might have the answer?

thanks,
Pat
