Usability Study

Hello, I'm the new Webmaster over at the Berkeley Art Museum and
Pacific Film Archive. I was wondering if anybody knew of a good
group to work with to put together a usability study for our website?
Either departments on the UCB campus that do this kind of work or
outside companies. Preferably a UCB Resource... and preferably low
cost (or free? collaborate with someone's research study?). If you
have experiences you'd like to share regarding your own website
usability studies, informal or formal, please let me know! I'm just
starting to think about this process-- how to find out how our
website is reaching our audience in an organized study, but with
limited resources.
