Credit Card Transactions Over the Web

Greetings Webnet,

I'd like to know if anyone has processed credit card purchases over the
web. Some of the points that I'm interested in:

         - What payment solutions were used (ex. PayPal, InternetCash, etc.)
         - Is there a service that Berkeley already has in place
         - What was the cost for using the service (flat, per transaction,
percentage, etc.)
         - Customer response (satisfied, dissatisfied, indifferent)
         - Ease of implementation into a web page
         - Programming language used
         - Any legal implications
