Has anybody used Plone?

Good day, all,

Plone is an open source content management system which is rumored to
sustain Web materials in mostly structural, potentially valid
XHTML/CSS. I'm looking at the documentation at
http://plone.org/documentation/book/1 and marveling whether this
isn't the best thing since sliced bread.

Has anybody installed or used Plone? If so, would you do so again?
Any remarks to share about customizing the system?
