Simplifying the L&S "giving" pages could certainly happen, but I think
you're probably referring to the campus giving page, rather than the
L&S one. The L&S page at <http://ls.berkeley.edu/development/egiving.html>
is pretty simple; if you choose a department from the pop-up list, you're
sent over to the campus page, managed by University Relations and ASD.

I agree that the giving form on that site isn't that great. I would
probably advise you to contact the folks over in URel to see if PayPal
could be offered--altough I don't see how PayPal would make the form
any simpler. It might be better, if folks are having usability issues
with that page, to split it up into two or three pages (Personal Info,
Contact Info, and Method of Payment) to make it easier to chew.
