   The code has a small problem; the file

   http://www.nuc.berkeley.edu/html/research/ethics/subtitle.css

which is referenced from the <head> section of the Agenda page,
<http://www.nuc.berkeley.edu/html/research/ethics/agenda.htm>, can't
be found on the server.

   Apparently Netscape version 4 browsers handle this problem
differently than other browsers.
