One way to do this is to specify the address of a mailing list on
Socrates (or UCLink ...) as the recipient of the form contents. The
mailing list can consist of two or more people who should receive
these contents.

On Socrates, you can set up simple (reflector) mailing lists via
the 'maillist' command:

On UClink <http://uclink.berkeley.edu/>, the new menu system makes
it easy to create both simple and majordomo mailing lists. To do so,
select "Login" from the UCLink home page, then after logging in,
select "Create a New List" under "Mailing Lists".
