How to release email address in CalNet Directory?

Hi - I have a question: How to release email address in CalNet Directory?

In the "edit Person Information", our user has an email address that she
entered.

Initially, she did not want the email released. Now she realizes she does
want it released.
How can she do this? There is no button to "release" email as there was
when she initially put her information in.
