DHCP LIPS registration unavailable Dec 28 - ~Jan 2

Hi,

Due to the database migration that will be causing the interruption in
Hostmaster services previously mentioned, the LIPS registration system
will be unavailable starting December 28 until up to January 2. We hope
to have the registration page available sooner (i.e. MUCH sooner), but
we cannot necessarily guarantee that it will be available during the
entire 12/28 - 1/2 period. If you need to register machines during that
time, please contact me and we can work around the issue.
