  I've ordered a lot of computers. It's usually the specials that include
the 3-year warranty. Otherwise, you have to upgrade the warranty from the
vendor's default standard upon configuration of the system. When you "buy
from TSW" doesn't mean Gold support is automatically included or added,
unless it's one of the special package deals where the extended warranty is
indicated.

  If I recall correctly, Vostro does not include domestic call centers
either? (overseas, unlike the OptiPlex line where service support is within
the U.S.)
