Yes. Both Optiplexes included the Gold support.

Neither Vostro includes the Gold support, which is
interesting because several people have told me
that when you buy from TSW you automatically get
Gold support. However, the configuration page
for the UCOP Vostro clearly has the "None" choice
selected in the "Optional Support Services"
section. Maybe that only applies to the
specials on the welcome page. The Vostro
configuration was not on that page.
