Hello Micronet and Webnet,
Thanks to the many people who jumped in to help with my broken link question. It was fixed very quickly as soon as the right people were notified. Thanks to Helen Norris and to Tessa Michaels and the blu team for being so responsive.

Just in case there are others like me, who have worked here for a long time but still don't always find the right place to contact, the two key contacts for this turned out to be the IST Service Desk and the blu team:
