How to purchase under the UCOP agreement:
 If you know the units you need to purchase and the price, go to step
(4).
 (1) Send a quote request to paul_nordlund_at_shi.com with the Qty and
description of Parallels Software that you are ordering
 (2) If you need pricing, you can go to the UCOP website and look up the
Parallels Software Contract. The pricing schedule will give you the
costs of the license and maintenance. These prices are fixed until May
2008 when the contract expires.
 (3) When you email Paul you must include the name of the person
ordering the software, the email address, phone number, fax, and the
physical address of the person ordering the software
 (4) After you receive the quote from Paul, please fax a PO to
(949)203-6479. If you are paying by PalCard, please include the
following info: Name on Card, card number, expiration date, security
code (4 digit). You can either fax that info or email it to
paul_nordlund_at_shi.com .
 (5) Once Paul receives your fax, he will email you the key codes to
download the Parallels software. To download the software, please go to
www.parallels.com and download the trial installs of the product your
purchasing. You can activate the demo when you receive your keys from
Paul.
 (6) If you have any questions, you can email Paul and he will respond
back in a timely manner.

Orders are placed via SHI, Inc., and software is distributed via
download and will be received within 24 hours.
