Drupal vendor recommendations?

Hello,
Does anyone have recommendations for Drupal development vendors or
individual programmers? We have a small RFB, and would like to
solicit bids from vendors that have successfully created sites here
on campus. Any input is appreciated. Also, if you have a blanket
agreement with a Drupal vendor, please let me know.
