Yes, go for it -- don't be put off by the "upgrade" in the item
name. We've made similar purchases, and they've been fine.

You should end up with a CD and a keycode. If your keycode doesn't
show up in your account or in your e-mail, just ask Jacqui or Paul,
and they'll send it to you.

Looks to me like you're trying to install XP, based on your media
choice. If you want to install Vista, ask for Vista media instead.
