Hello Micronet list recipients,
I am seeking advice regarding Microsoft Access. My student organization,
Ecology Law Quarterly (ELQ), currently uses Access as the platform for our
Environmental Careers Directory. However, in updating the contact info for
organizations students and/or alumni may want to hit up for a job, we're
finding Access to be rather user-unfriendly.
For example, the way the database is currently configured, there is only one
slot for a contact person and one slot for their contact number and email.
But many organizations compiled in this database have multiple contact
persons for different job openings.
In short, I'm hoping someone receiving this email will either: A) help me
figure out how to add, edit and/or delete data entry fields in this
database; or, B) recommend a more flexible database program that will allow
me to smoothly transfer the info currently housed in Access.
