Good morning
The Berkeley site actually doesn't refer to an open enrollment at more
than just the April time, which would be correct. MCCA enrollment is
open once a year in the early spring for about 6 weeks. Because this is
a consolidated agreement and special amendments must be obtained to
place orders outside of the open period, we have no plans at this time
to hold any subsequent enrollment periods at this time. The current
agreement does allow for Servers to be added or ordered at any time
during the year though I believe a 300 point minimum order must be
reached to order.
Open enrollment will open again in April 2008.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks
Jacqui

There is a contact email/e-mail address for MCCA enrollment on the page
Liz cites below. Note also that this CDW-G site (also linked off that
page):
http://www.cdwg.com/ucberkeleyvla
states that "THE 2007-2008 MCCA OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD IS CLOSED".
Perhaps if you write to Paul Cardamone (the account manager and listed
contact) he can clarify matters.
