Agreed. The numbers Jakob Nielsen is quoting is for EDGE access, not
WiFi access, and EDGE speed is even more dependent on location,
interference, etc. I do appreciate him making the point that
usability is related to the whole experience, not just one component
(something that we in the IT field could do better with as we combine
solutions from multiple sources, IMNSHO), but Nielsen's article
honestly reads a bit like a troll.
