Re: Quicktime & TIFF (LZW) decompressor needed to see this picture

Hi Bruce,

I recall encountering something similar to this and I think it had to
do with an uninstalled option for MS Office - if so, you'd need the
install disk. I know that in my case I had trouble determining which
additional feature was needed since it didn't match the name in the
error message.

I hope that's the right direction for this message...
