Dear Folks,
Out of all the years I've been doing computer work, believe it or not
this is the first time I ran into this problem.
One user composed a paper with images on a Mac using Word. He emailed
this paper to a Windows 2000 user running Office 2000.
Everything seems okay except one of the images is not there and has a
placeholder that says "Quicktime & TIFF (LZW) decompressor are needed to
see this picture"
I have not found a solution for it, except for the writer of the paper
to save the images into a different graphic format.
Is there a way to solve this problem on the Windows side? I installed
the latest version of Quicktime on the PC and that didn't help.
Lemme know! Knowledge is power.
