Hi Johnathon,

The two issues you are having are probably due to the accounts being
migrated from CommuniGate Pro to Cyrus. We are currently migrating
the last remaining accounts and hope to have the entire system on
Cyrus shortly.

I believe in the message which we sent out to all users about the
migration, we did say that aliases would no longer work for logging
in once the account had been migrated to Cyrus (although I can't for
the life of me find a copy of it!!). The CalMail web client has been
shut down to alias logins for quite some time.

As for the unread/read status, are these POP with Leave Mail on
Server users? I would be happy to work with you off-line on these to
see if we can find a solution.
