Hello,
I am receiving a number of reports regarding odd issues with Calmail
this week. Users have noticed when Eudora is picking up new messages;
Calmail does not update the status from unread to read, according to
the web client. In addition users that have Eudora as their email
client use an alias to log into their accounts are now unable to do
so, they receive a error stating something to the effect that 'this
login is disabled'. If Eudora is configured to use the true account
name instead of an alias, Eudora works fine.
These are minor issues, due to the fact that they appeared at roughly
the same time, they causes some alarm. Have there been changes to
Calmail that might explain these odd yet recent glitches?
Thank you,
Johnathon
