experiences with Macbook as Windows-only computer?

Have folks been using/supporting any Macbooks for users who boot into
Windows for most or all of their work? Any lingering issues for long-
time Windows users, now that Boot Camp supports right clicks, delete,
printscreen, numlock, etc.? Or is everything 100% ready to go for
the Macbook as a full-time Windows XP machine?
