Eudora printing problem (IE7?)

Hi,

We're having a problem with Eudora printing which
seems to be related to the recent deploy of IE7.

What happens is, when doing a print preview (and
subsequent print) with Eudora, a window opens
which has the IE7 icon in upper left corner and a
top menu bar that includes a shrink to fit
option. This is a different window than what was
there before we installed IE7. When the option
is shrink to fit, the text size that is visible
and also what is printed on the hard copy is very
very small. This result can be corrected by
changing the shrink to fit option to 100% (which
works for that session only) but the default is shrink to fit.

We also have found that by changing the Eudora
Viewing Mail options to uncheck the View
Microsoft's Viewer box, the printing problem is
fixed but a new problem is created because emails
coming in with graphics/html are not displayed
properly. So we don't really want to go that route.

We're using Eudora 7. Some users in the
department are having the problem and others are
not. We haven't yet figured out why that is.

Anyone having this problem and know how to fix it? We are stumped. Thanks.

-Susan
