Eudora: Mac to Windows

I haven't moved Eudora for Mac mailboxes, etc., to a Windows PC for
over 2-3 years and don't recall how well it works, or exactly what I did.

Can someone who has done this recently help me out? Online I've found
three contradictory procedures I could follow, and each of them seems
more complicated than I recall how I did it in the past.
