I'm planning on dealing with IE7 the same way
I currently deal with IE6, which is to strongly
recommend against using it unless there is a
clear requirement to do so.
There are several known applications at UCB
that require IE, but they are mainly for staff
with financial responsibilities. Most other
staff, and virtually all students and faculty,
can do just fine with Firefox or one of the
others.
If it turns out that IE7 is as clean as Firefox
and the others then I will happily revise my
recommendations.
Cordially,
