Hi Monica,

The only thing that comes to mind is the rather obvious one that if
several messages are highlighted and you double click on one, all
messages will get opened. If that's not the problem, you might want
to contact Connecting@Berkeley consulting at 642-8899 to help you
troubleshoot the issue.
