5-1/4 inc floppy machine?

hi

does anyone out there have a running system with a 5-1/4 inch floppy
drive with some means to transfer data to a "newer" type of device? not
sure of the data type as of yet.

we have a user who would be most grateful to transfer some data from 1987.
