Hi Steve,

Check your registry settings on the receiving computer
for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\DontDisplayLastUserName. Make sure it's set to 0.

"Remote Assistance Session Cannot
Connect" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306045/EN-US/

Also, check Windows Firewall for three Remote Assistance sessions:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Sessmgr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\Helpsvc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\Helpctr.exe
Hope this helps. My co-worker got this working - I was the guinea pig.

Anna
