This isn't a solution, as most students are likely to simply use
the encryption software that came with their flash drives, but just
as an FYI, there are apparently flash drives bundled with encryption
software that doesn't require such access. Some aftermarket
encryption software packages also work with flash drives and don't
require admin rights on the local host.
