Hi, Michael

Thanks for pointing out the obvious. I can not believe anyone is still
putting out such information with out regard to security or safeguarding
a persons identity (SSN w/DOB and Name, the person with that info can do
a great deal of damage to the owner).

Does this mean the campus and HR will be held responsible if someone
follows their advice and emails such sensitive info via email to UC
Police and so on. Makes me very nervous especially knowing the kind of
information they have available over there and are they safeguarding it
appropriately or is this just a matter of a web site manager not
thinking when putting info on the site or what?

Charles
