Accessibility question

Hello Micronet,

I have a question regarding posting a single message to multple lists. If a
person is on multiple lists, is there any way, as a sender, to prevent
sending the same message to that individual many times? For example, when I
send out notices about BPAWG meetings, etc. I often send to 4 or 5 lists.
Many people on those lists are not familiar with BPAWG, and they're the ones
I'm trying to reach. However, for those who are on EVERY list, can I somehow
prevent sending the same message to those people 5 times?

I guess I'm looking at a model sort of like a bcc functionality in email,
where you put a list of addressees in a bcc send field, and the email
prevents listing all the addressees.

Just kind of thinking out loud here. Thanks for any tips or suggestions, and
enjoy the long weekend,

Bond
