It's certainly the case with the Calstate 9 phishing attack. Berkeley
has been heavily targeted with this particular phish, and like many
other phishing attempts, it's moving rapidly. The website that collects
the information has moved from China (before break) to (most recently)
Turkey. As soon as one site gets shut down, it migrates to another site.

I believe Calmail is now using clamAV to weed out some (most?) of these
phishing attempts, but spam in general is a never-ending battle.
