Funny you should ask, I just threw together an implementation of a
ColdFusion custom tag using CFAPI. It hasn't been fully tested yet, nor
vetted by SNS, but if you want to take a look:

There's also an exe version (meant as a near-drop-in replacement) and a
linkable library, but I havn't finished documentation for those two yet.
The executable is in the same .zip as the CFX tag bundle though....
